  • 1. Make sure you are receiving the latest in legislative news by being a member of MPTA/ APTA and look for email updates and the information in Shorelines.
  • 2. If you are not a member or know of non-members who would like updates have them join the MPTA listserv or contact the MPTA office for updates on issues.
  • 3. Look to the MPTA website for updates on legislative news.
  • 4. If you have specific questions email the MPTA office.

  • Use the Legislative Action Center please Log in to the APTA Legislative Action Center for more information and tools to contact your legislator to make a difference. If you have any questions contact the MPTA office by e-mail or by calling 800-242-8131.
  • Join a committee Contact the MPTA office to join the Legislative Key Contacts Committee or the Communication Liaison Committee MPTA office by e-mail
  • Non-Members: Contact the MPTA office by e-mail or by calling 800-242-8131 to learn more information and how you can take part in advocacy for Physical Therapy.
