- Treasurer ( 2 year term)
- Chief Delegate (2 year term)
- Director for State & Federal Legislative Committee, Bylaws & Procedure Committee (2 year)
- Director for Spring Membership Meeting Committee, Annual Fall Conference Committee (2 year)
- Director for Student Relations, PT and PTA Academic Administrators Advisory Committees (2 year)
- 4 Delegate Positions (pending APTA HOD apportionment - each 2 year term)
- Nominating Committee - UP-District ( 1 year), NE-District (2 year), E-District (2 year), Member at Large ( 2 year)
- PTA Caucus Representative (2 year term)
All candidate nominations are due to the MPTA office by August 1, 2013. Shorelines listed the due date as July 31, 2013 it has been extended to August 1, 2013. If you wish to submit a mail or fax form please contact the MPTA office at 734-929-6075 by 5pm on August 1, 2013.

- Outstanding Service Award for a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Alan S. Jeffrey Award (honor a person who is not a PT/PTA member and has served the profession)
- Marjorie N. Stamm Award (honor an MPTA member for service)
- Richard E. Darnell Award (honor contributions in research)
- Mabel E. Holton Award (honor scholarly work by MPTA members)
