Building for a Better Tomorrow - Universal Design & Home Modification

Speaker: Carol Green, OTRL, CAPS, CBIST

Course Description:

This workshop will discuss the concepts of universal design, including functionality, simplicity and safety. The physical therapist's role in identifying and problem solving home safety needs will be addressed. Sample home safety checklists, examples of modifications and low cost solutions will be covered.
