LEARN WHEN AND HOW TO SAFELY APPLY SPECIFIC STABILIZATION EXERCISES WITH YOUR CERVICAL PATIENTS

Course Objectives
Participants will:
- Understand techniques to apply specific exercises for improving control and stability of the cervical spine.
- Understand the available literature on the activity of the cervical muscles.
- Understand a basic progression of basic to advanced cervical stabilization exercise.
- Be able to perform specific cervical stabilization exercise and critique others performance of these specific exercises.
- Apply information directly to patient care the next clinic day with appropriate patients.
**MPTA membership is not required, but preference will be given to members in the event of overbooking
**RSVP is not required for attendance but attendance will be based on first come, first serve basis.
Parking is available in the flat lot just east of RIM. Entrance to building is off of Brady.
