Wright & Filippis Scholarship

Procedure

1. Complete the MPTA Institute Filippis Scholarship Grant Form ( PDF: 343kb) and submit to the Michigan Physical Therapy Association Institute for Education and Research, Inc.
2. Submit your MPTA Financial Aid Form (FAF) to the financial aid officer of your collegeor university to complete.
3. Financial Aid office is to send completed application to:
4. Have official transcripts of all college course work sent to above address by college office.
5. Have recommendations sent to the above address by the person completing the recommendation form.
6. An interview may be required and would be set up by the Institute.
7. This scholarship is for students in the final year of their program.
8. Deadline to receive all materials: July 27, 2007.
