Filippis Family Scholarship sponsored by Filippis Foundation and Wright & Filippis

Rules

The Wright and Filippis Family Scholarship is available to students in their final year of a PT program in a Michigan PT School who will be graduating prior to June 30 of the following year.

Multiple scholarships are available, limited to one graduate from each Michigan PT school, and are based on applicants' eligibility and submitted documentation.

Application Deadline: August 1.

The MPTA Institute would like to acknowledge the continued support of the Filippis Family and the Wright & Fillips organization for making this scholarship program possible. Thank you!

Procedure

1. Complete the MPTA Institute Filippis Family Scholarship Form ( PDF: 52KB) and submit to the Michigan Physical Therapy Association Institute for Education and Research, Inc. Mail to:
2. Have official transcripts of all college course work sent to above address by college office.
3. Have recommendations sent to the above address by the person completing the recommendation form.
4. An interview may be required and would be set up by the Institute.
5. This scholarship is for students in the final year of their program.
6. Deadline to receive all materials: August 1.
